Q: Can I return a part?

A: ISS Automotive accepts returns within 30 days from the time of delivery receipt. There is a 20% restocking fee. Item must be new, in resalable condition, and never used, installed, or contaminated. All parts including hardware, instructions, and accessories must be returned as well. Please note: A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.

A return that is damaged due to improper installation will not be accepted. Contact us to begin the return process.

Q: Can I exchange a part?

A: ISS Automotive accepts exchanges within 30 days from the time of delivery receipt. There is a 20% restocking fee. A product that is damaged due to improper installation will not be accepted.  Contact us to arrange your exchange.

For refund or exchange, please contact and let us know the reason. 

Q: How do I return an item?

A: Contact us to begin the return process. 

Q: What if you sent me the wrong part?

A: We hope this never happens, but we will send you a prepaid return label, and ship out the correct parts ASAP. If you ordered the wrong part, you’ll want to follow the standard Returns Process.

Q: What if I ordered the wrong part?

A: You’re welcome to return it as long as it’s within 30 days of receipt, and the part meets all of the requirements listed above. There is a 20% restocking fee on returned parts.

Q: How long do I have to return a part?

A: You have 30 days after receipt of the part to return it. 

Q: Can I return a part for any reason?

A: Yes, as long as it meets ISS Automotive's requirements listed above. For refund or exchange, product must be received within 10 days after return authorization number is issued.

Q: Are there certain parts I can’t return?

A: Yes. We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used parts
  • Parts that have been installed and/or tried

Q: Is shipping refunded?

A: No. There is no refund for shipping, so you will receive a full refund minus shipping costs.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?

A: If a part is defective or damaged or we made an error, we’ll assist you with return shipping costs. In all other circumstances, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Q: What if my return never arrives?

A: ISS Automotive won’t be able to issue a refund or exchange if we don’t receive the part. You may want to add shipping insurance.

Q: What if the part is defective or damaged?

A: If a part arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim; then, call us ASAP. We’ll ask you to keep the damaged box until the carrier claim is resolved and take the next steps to replace your part.  If a part is defective, please notify us within 15 days of receipt. ISS Automotive does have a warranty to cover defective products.

Q: What if I need to make a warranty claim and return a part?

A: Contact us or call 800-548-1195 to begin the warranty claim and return process.

Q: Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

A: Maybe. ISS Automotive orders are processed very quickly, so making a change to your order cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, we can’t make a change free of charge to orders that have already been shipped. Please call our customer service team at 800-548-1195 if you need to change or cancel your order.

Q: Is there a cancellation fee?

A: Not usually. If the cancelled part was special ordered or custom made, a return fee may apply.

Q: How long will it take to process my refund?

A: The time we receive the return item, inspect it, and process the refund is usually 5-7 days.

Q: What if someone purchased the part for me and I want to return it?

A: Give us a call at 800-548-1195 to discuss. We won’t be able to refund a part someone else bought but might be able to do an exchange. If you can, try to get the original invoice.
